Everything you need to know about skiing at Northstar is on their site. The best way to get there from the house is the shuttle. There's downhill skiing, snowboarding, and cross-country skiing at the mountain.

We normally rent at Tahoe Dave's in Truckee, but you can also rent at the village.

Ice skating in the village is free. Skate rentals are $20 in the village with complimentary helmets.

We have sleds and snowshoes and poles in the garage. Feel free to use. There is some sledding around the house, and you can snowshoe around the golf course.
