Climate and Fireplace

The thermostat in the dining room is where you control the heat.

The fireplace switch is to the right of the TV in the living room. One switch is the blower and one is the fire. You can adjust the amount of gas in the small panel below the fire. If the pilot light goes out, turn off the gas line knob. Instructions to relight the pilot are on a steel plate in the cabinet to the right.

Blinds

All downstairs bedroom blinds are manually operated. The blinds on the upper two levels are automatic. Only adjust using the remotes mounted on the walls.

You can lower and raise all of the automatic blinds in the house using the remote in the living room. Select "AL" using the left or right arrows.

TV and Sound

All TVs are controlled by the small Google Chromecast remotes. You should have access to many of the streaming services and live TV through YouTube TV.

Each room has a Google smart speaker. Feel free to use or unplug while you're here.

Trash

Please take trash to the nearby dumpsters. Do not leave trash in the garage. You need a guest card to access the dumpsters. Card should be in the kitchen drawer on a Google lanyard.

Turn right on Basque out of the house.
Left on Northstar Dr.
The dumpsters will be your first right.

Please follow the rules and latch dumpsters to keep local bears safe.
